# Upgrading and Managing your Schedule IQ Licenses

Schedule IQ - Plans, Licenses

Schedule IQ's free version is available for all users upon request. You can create and have a maximum of 2 active events in the free version.

To create unlimited events, you can upgrade your plan to Pro from the **Settings --> Plans & Billings**. You can choose between Annual & Quarterly billing

**Pro** plan costs you **$12 /user /month** Billed Annually and **$15 /user /month** Billed Quarterly

Once upgraded, you can assign the licenses to the team members from the **Settings --> Team settings** page. Your team can have a few users in the free plan and few in paid plan.

You can also manage the number of licenses, invoices and upcoming renewal details from the **Settings --> Billing Settings page**.
